Shipping Information
All prints are made in Santiago de Chile and high quality printed in fine art papers. Prints are shipped in hard cardboard tubes or stiffen envelopes depending on the size of the chosen print. Prints are limited copies per original. Each print is numbered and hand signed by the artist. We attached an Authenticity Certification for each original or print.
Delivery Times
Prints are shipped from Santiago to all the country.
The purchase takes 2 days to be processed.
National Delivery
The estimated delivery time for the shipping is 5-10 days in Chile.
Available pick up (take away) in Las Condes (arrange for date and place to pick it up)
International Delivery
The purchase becomes effective making a banking transfer to my bank account (ask for Chile or Australia), or to my Transfer Wise account that receives different currencies. Also another available option that I offer is to purchase my art through my personal Open Sea gallery https://opensea.io/collection/spiral-odyssey-art-collection.
For now the international shipping cost has an additional value to the purchase. The shipping cost will depend from where the purchase is requested. To talk in depth about this, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Temporarily we just accept banking transfer. We are working to be able on offer other payment methods soon.
Exchanges & Returns
I am positive that you will be pleased with my originals as with my prints. However in case you experience the following situations we will be able to:
- Exchange it for a different one of equal value. You will have 15 days from the date of delivery to arrange the exchange. You will just need to cover the shipping charge.
- In the rare event the artwork piece arrives with any kind of damage, we can replace it for a new one, free of charge. Send us an email attaching an image of the package, original or print, authenticity certificate and order number. We will cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement prints.
- We only accept returns and exchanges of the artwork piece unused and in it’s original packaging.*
- Straight refunds are not accepted once the piece has been purchased.
