The beginning of 2019 was an emotional roller coaster for me. Full of deep meaningful lessons. Despite the challenge of the intensity and the speed of how things have happened, I am trying to connect more with how I channel these energies. One of the best ways for me to do that is the creative flow, let the emotions run like an endless flowing river exploring new opportunities with each experience. I‘ve always been fascinated for felines in all species. This lion came into my creative path in times of life questioning. One day, sitting in one of my fav parks around Noosa, I let the feeling in and out and this was the outcome. To my surprise when I finished I realized it only took me few minutes! This lion is a reminder of how brave and strong I need to be to follow my own path, learn to accept and respect my own boundaries, the more I do this the freer I am. Is a reminder of the divinity, the majestic presence in you, in me, in every single living creature in this world, yes, even in the ones that we dislike or we have issues with. Also, it has made me appreciate the beauty in the chaos, in the difficultness of certain feelings like sadness, guilt, negativism, on how if I acknowledge these feelings and let them be without attaching to them for a long time, those feelings can be a source of wisdom, compassion, gratitude and enormous creativity on every step that I make. It is a reminder to chill and make the most of the time off that I have by just enjoying what’s surrounding me and most important inside of me. To contemplate on how nature always reminds me to come back to myself.
