At the beginning of 2020 I was invited to an Access Bars session. This drawing it’s related to a strong passage of the regression I had doing this interesting therapy. Is the vision of a regression that spins in a slow and continuous movement in compass with what I have lived, what I live and what I will live. She dances an old Middle East dance to connect with Father Universe and Mother Earth. She has danced for centuries to the sound of countless sunrises, sunsets, earthquakes, volcanic explosions, storms, fires, birth and growth of rivers. She, Andean always remembers her Himalayan family as they share the same secrets. She imposes herself amongst the dishonor of challenging buildings and blinding smog in this valley that shelter us all. She is a natural wall of protection, contention, she is an iconic symbol of meditation. She knows how to dress elegant, in different colours according to the occasion. Since I am back in Chile and have been staying with my dearest Abueli (Naan) I am lucky to see how everyday the mountain brightens up my life, just as the sea did while I was living in Australia. I feel mountains rise up before humanity to remind us of respect for what surrounds us and what we are. If I respect myself, I respect everything around me. Strong in my essence, like the mountain dancing no matter what may come, I am healing my ancestral bloodline.
